We are looking for a MSBI developer to develop MS-SQL queries and procedures, create cubes in SSAS, and develop reports in PBI

MSBI Developer requirements and qualifications:

/M Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

2. 2 to 4 years of experience as a SQL Developer/ MSBI (SSAS) specialist or similar role

3. 2 to 3 years of experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services and Power BI

4. 1 year experience with Microsoft Azure - SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Webjobs, Logic Apps

llent data warehousing concepts understanding - Data Modeling, Normalization, Slowly changing dimensions, etc

llent understanding of MS Azure platform, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL/ MDX/ DAX programming

rstanding of version controlling - GIT and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment)

MSBI Developer duties and responsibilities:

Development of high quality database solutions on Microsoft Azure/ Google Cloud Platform

Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL

Develop Multidimensional/ Tabular cubes in SSAS and build complex measures using MDX queries

Research required data and perform overall data analysis

Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables using Power BI

Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and implement optimization techniques

Ability to adapt with various cloud computing platforms - Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP - Migration from on prem to Cloud solutions

Develop and update technical documentation.

Research and apply learning of new technologies in day to day deliveries.
