MS OFFICE Consultant and Support Expert
Your tasks:
• Consultation, provision, and final testing of
recommended security, update, and general settings
in the environment for Microsoft Office Apps and
Office 2019, as well as the documentation of the
change for administrators and end users in the form of
FAQ pages and manuals.
• Acceptance and processing of tickets assigned to
technical service. Coordination with other interfaces
(. Outlook/Teams or Add-ins) that arise during the
completion of tasks should be carried out where
necessary.
• Some experience in MS Office templates (incl. usage
of building blocks, quick parts, …)
• Need to support a custom developed add-on called
Templates Manager”
• Experience in consulting customers on how to
implement new requirements / Understand new
customer requirements In an international environment
• Experience in guiding younger colleagues; especially
share knowledge with them
• Experience in MS Office rollout of new versions /
features
• Organize rollout waves with internal colleagues
• Inform end users and align with internal service desk
• Manage hyper care phase with fast troubleshooting
• Very good written and spoken communication skills
Your qualifications & Skills:
• Qualifications – Graduation/PG in Computer Science
• In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019
• In-depth knowledge of possible security, update, and
general settings in Office 2019 and Microsoft Office Apps
• In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of plugins used in Microsoft Office Apps
and Office 2019
• In-depth knowledge of creating templates for Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A Microsoft Certification would be preferred.
• Min. 4-5 years in MS Office experience – at least 2 years
in MS Office consulting
