Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

Medical Records Management:

Ensure Accurate Documentation: Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient medical records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Assist in Record Entry: Aid in the timely and accurate entry of patient data, diagnoses, medical treatments, and procedures into medical records.

Review and Update Patient Information: Regularly review patient charts and ensure they contain the necessary information from doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Confidentiality and Compliance:

Adhere to Legal and Ethical Guidelines: Ensure medical records comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other privacy laws.

Protect Patient Privacy: Safeguard sensitive patient data by ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of medical records at all times.

Audit and Quality Control: Assist in audits of medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.

Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals:

Support Clinical Teams: Assist doctors, nurses, and medical staff in ensuring that medical records reflect accurate and timely information about patient care.

Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between the Medical Records Department and clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and information flow.
