Job Summary: An MRD Executive is responsible for managing medical records and health information. They ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient records.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize patient medical records.

Prepare and release medical records as requested.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for medical records.

Coordinate with healthcare providers for record updates.

Implement and maintain electronic health record systems (if applicable).

Protect patient confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications:
