Implementing Marketing Launch activities and collaterals.

Holistic reach out with 360-degree approach including ATL/BTL and other domains for customer touch points, with appropriate mix of short and long term focus, maximizing immediate lead generation targets.

Controlling the marketing budgets throughout project sales phase resulting in cost optimization and profit enhancement

Keeping a tab on market trends & incorporating the same.

Responsible for setting month wise campaigns, vendor payments, maintaining books of accounts for the marketing department.

Responsible for mapping the customer touchpoints at site.

Desired Profile

 Any Graduation

 Candidate with 3 - 5 Years of work experience in marketing

 Proficiency in ATL/BTL activities

 Good knowledge on Real Estate Marketing Business & background

 Candidate should have a positive attitude, should be Goal oriented.

 Candidate should be Central or Harbour Line (close to Thane) .
