Duties and responsibilities:

Validate all required data entered into the system

 Audit all completed shipment invoices and documents for:

o Correct tariffs

o Account authorized services

 Forwarding final files to Accounting for billing within given deadlines

 Reporting:

o Data verification

o Data analysis

o Accuracy review

o Submission to GSD/Move Management Program Manager

 Rate programs:

o Compiling

o Analysis

o Filing

 Works with team on rating projects.

 Adheres to all contractual guidelines.

 Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
