graduates or freshers for our institution. We would like you to arrange the required services for
our Recruitment officers.
Kamala Niketan began with the foundation of ``TINY TOTS”, in 1991 and had a mere 30
students in its first batch. Through the commitment and perseverance of our faculty with support from
parents and students, KNMS has now grown and developed into one of the premier schools in Trichy.
We have grown to 3500 + students and have spread to a -acre location that is situated in the heart of
the city, and have over 60 state-of-the-art digitized classrooms and labs, spaces for collaborative learning
supported by a team of well-qualified and dedicated staff.
We are looking to hire 70 Male/Female Trainees for our Montessori Program. The likely
candidate should possess the skills and characteristics listed below:
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel/Google Sheets & Document
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to observe
- Detail oriented
- Possess planning & organizing skills
- Be pleasant with children
The Training period for the selected candidates is scheduled from April 2023 to September 2023.
On the Completion of the Training and based on our Assessment on the acquisition of the training,
the trainee will become a full-time Montessori teacher with Kamala Niketan Montessori School for the
Academic Year 2023-2024.
