Conduct hands-on experiments involving molecular cloning, PCR, RNA/DNA extraction and qPCR.

Conduct laboratory experiments involving microbiological techniques, including isolation, identification, and characterisation of microbial species.

Perform culture-based and molecular methods for microbial analysis.

Proficient in data analysis software (., GraphPad Prism, Microsoft Excel).

Proven experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA sequencing, Nanopore sequencing, NGS data analysis and CRISPR-Cas9.
