Modern Trade Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1. Working on daily Po's and making PO Sheet and making PI of every PO in Bussy.

2. Make Daily reports of working

3. Coordinate with the production team for material status

4. Coordinate with the dispatch team for all dispatches

5. Coordinate with the logistic team for the deliveries

6. Update the business sheet sales report date & share it with the sales team

7. Sometimes make Pi on an excel sheet,

8. Coordinate with the internal team for all types of discrepancy-related dispatch & Order

9. Update the attendance sheet of all promoter merchandisers & sales teams,

10. Talk to promoters & Merchandiser regarding working

11. Coordinate with buyer on mail for PO price escalation
