Job Description

�� Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates.

�� Visit to a minimum 10 different villages/locations/SHG��s/NGO��s in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates.

�� Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.

�� Counsel the Candidates/Parents so that they enrol themselves in the job and Continue until the norms of the organisation.

�� Follow up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled.

�� Collect regular feedback from the Trainers/Seniors on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates. Counsel the irregular and under performance candidates on monthly basis.

�� Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every day.

�� Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of day.
