Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates.

Visit to a minimum 10 different villages/locations/SHGs/NGOs in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates.

Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.

Counsel the Candidates/Parents so that they enrol themselves in the job and Continue until the norms of the organisation.

Follow up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled.

Collect regular feedback from the Trainers/Seniors on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates. Counsel the irregular and under performance candidates on monthly basis.

Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every day.

Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of day.
