We are looking for an experienced manager for our multi brand mobile phones shop (retail store) to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Candidate should be permanent resident of Lucknow since last 10-12 years will shortlist & select.
Job Location:- Vibhuti khand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow
Basic Eligibility Criteria:-
1. min 2 Yrs exp of multi brand mobile phones or electric items shop manager.
2. must have Bachelor's degree.
3. Outstanding communication in English verbal and written both.
4. Knowledge of retail management software & others.
5. Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
Job role & responsibilities:-
1. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
2. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum sales performance.
3. Prepare and control the store��s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
4. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store��s reputation.
5. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
6. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
7. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
Salary:- Rs. 15,000-20,000/- pm (Negotiable)
