Responsibilities:

perform Qc/ Diagnosis to Determine Faults with the Devices and Accordingly Perform Repairs

maintain Daily Reports to Keep a Track of Repairs, Information About Spare Parts Sourced.

create Testing and Repair Guides for New Products/ Technology

procurement of Spare Parts from the Market to Repair Devices

dismantle Old Electronic Devices for Oem Parts

this is Not An Exhaustive List of all Duties and Responsibilities and You May Be Required to Work On Additional Task/ Projects from Time to Time as Deemed By the Company

required Skills :

prior Experience in Repairing Smartphones and Tablets.

must Possess Good Communication Skills (english) in Order to Comprehend Repair Manuals, Videos and to Update Documentation

testing and Troubleshooting Skills to Identify Faults Down to the Component Level

strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

knowledge of all Available Tools and Equipment in the Work Area and How They are Operated

ability to Work Well with Others in a Small, Close Knit Team
