Job Description
The Smartphone Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing faults and rectifying it in a smart phone brought in by a customer.
Knowledge of repair techniques for various brands of smart phone
Mobile Phone & Tablets both Android Devices Troubleshooting & Problem Solving up to L2 Level
Replacement of All Hardware Parts ( Screen, Battery, Sub board, Main board,Phone Housing etc ) and software updating.
Positive personality
Able to multi task and Well Organised
Team Player
Able to work under pressure
Time management skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
Ensure Daily Cleanliness of Technical Department
