Technical skills : - Oversee all aspects of QA including metrics, new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. - Design, develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for Web/mobile (IOS/android)/desktop app. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. - Min 3+ years in leading QA and testing teams which includes automation testers & Manual testers. - Establish formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. - Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases execution & reporting. - Identify, record, document thoroughly & track defects, test results and drive them through till closure. - Experience on any automation tool like Selenium with Python, Appium or any open source tool a plus. - Worked on Performance testing using jMeter, Load testing using Artillery is must. - Must have worked on Build server setup using GitHub and CI/CD setup using Jenkins. - Should have worked on any bug tracking tools like JIRA, Testlink or any open source tool etc - Good understanding on any relational database like MySQL. - Familiar with testing web services (REST) using any tool like SOAPUI, POSTMAN, etc - Should be able to identify software QA risks and prepare mitigation plan. - Experience with testing large B2C/B2B gaming application a plus - Experience in creating integration test suites - Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
