Skills Required:

1. Experience in full life cycle software development including design, development, production, testing, roll out, maintenance and support

2. Strong object oriented design and development experience with Java and C++

3. Hands on experience in Android including custom UI and compatibility of screen

4. Experience with multi-threading and memory management on mobile devices

5. Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a plus (Android, iPad and iPhone)

6. Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL

7. Understands technical and functional design requirements

8. Experience with XML and data manipulation/ extraction using parsers

9. Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills and prior experience with performance measurement tools

10. Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones

11. Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features

12. Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements

13. Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
