Program Management and Implementation:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of public health programs under MJPJAY.

Coordinate the implementation of health-related initiatives, campaigns, and projects in line with government policies.

Manage day-to-day activities and ensure timelines and milestones for public health projects are met.

Facilitate collaboration between various departments and organizations involved in public health programs.

Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a liaison between government agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Organize meetings, workshops, and training programs for stakeholders involved in public health and family welfare initiatives.

Communicate with community leaders, NGOs, and other partners to promote program participation and gather feedback.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Assist in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation of health programs to assess effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status of ongoing projects and health initiatives.

Analyze program outcomes and suggest improvements to enhance the quality and impact of health services.

Resource Management:

Oversee the allocation and use of resources (funds, equipment, personnel) in line with project objectives.

Support budget planning and financial management of health initiatives.

Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure that all health programs are compliant with local, state, and national health regulations and guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of project documentation, communications, and other relevant information.

Assist in audits, assessments, and reviews of program effectiveness and compliance.
