We are looking for a MIS Coordinator in our organisation. The Coordinator of Management Information Systems (MIS) is responsible for application programming and activities and supervises the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of computer systems which support academic and administrative functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain broad knowledge of company’s business and technology requirements and needs.

Development and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.

Good command in excel and have a proper knowledge about the formula’s like pivot chart, Vlookup, hlookup, graphs etc.

Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure Data accuracy and security.

Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.

Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare MIS on regularly to avoid unplanned outage and down times.
