We are searching for an innovative, well-organized MIS Executive to join our growing company. MIS executive will be responsible for collecting data related to tech specifications and active projects of each department. In this role, he or she will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day data management, report generation & comparative analysis.

Job Description

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service

Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format

Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner

Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance

Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency

Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis

Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed

Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

Efficiency in Advance Excel & Google Worksheet is mandatory.

Analytical experience required

Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

Sound business decision-making ability

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
