Good knowledge of all e-Commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc
Good knowledge of MS Excel like vlookup, Filters, Pivot, etc
Around 1-3 years experience of the entire eCommerce operations ecosystem
Work closely with Brand managers for daily order deliveries, operational issues
Inventory Management
Work Closely with Planning, Finance, and Category for day to day Operations.
Set up weekly connects with keyto project plan vs Forecast for the upcoming week and call out risk to capacity wherever required.?
Solve inwards and operational issues that arise on a day to day basis with multiple stakeholders across functions like categories, finance and planning.? Analyze data to monitor team performance and plan any necessary improvements
Track open tickets from/with vendors and escalate to the relevant internal as well as external stakeholders and solve problems within due time
Ensure monthly sales reports are shared with brands and escalations are responded to on time
Explore smart, effective and scalable solutions for the problem incidences at Vendor / Logistics partners level
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports across various verticals in the organisation.
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical common sense approach to getting things done.
