Responsibilities:

Checking status of the leads, distributing it to telesales and sales and track status and generate reports.

Should be capable of connecting with Stakeholders for lead management tools digitally and setting up the framework required for the flow in creating a lead funnel.

Should be capable of preparing lead MIS and report on lead sources, lead conversion status etc.

Should actively learn and train the tools used by sales and marketing team members in transferring sufficient knowledge imparted to them for usage of tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, computer science or related field.

Minimum experience of 1 or 2 years with experience in handling CRM tools.

Primarily a Lead administrator with basic skills of handling and administering the lead flow.

Conversant with lead management tools will be preferred.
