Responsibilities:

• Checking status of the leads, distributing it to telesales and sales and track status and generate reports.

• Should be capable of connecting with Stakeholders for lead management tools digitally and setting up the framework required for the flow in creating a lead funnel.

• Should be capable of preparing lead MIS and report on lead sources, lead conversion status etc.

• Should actively learn and train the tools used by sales and marketing team members in transferring sufficient knowledge imparted to them for usage of tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field.

• Minimum experience of 1 or 2 years with experience in handling CRM tools.

• Primarily a Lead administrator with basic skills of handling and administering the lead flow.

• Conversant with lead management tools will be preferred.
