About the role:

The MIS Executive will gather, analyze and sort a variety of data and convert them into reports that help

drive productivity individually and within teams.

Responsibilities and Skills:

Develop and maintain broad knowledge of companies business and technology requirements

and needs.

Developing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to Management and Team members.

Identify Benchmarks and KPIs within Teams.

Preparing Visualizations, Graphs and Analytical reports.

Study and understand the companys Business Processes, Employees and the Business Goals to

Strategize and Realign focus in order to drive organizational success.

Create and Maintain reports and metrics to monitor Performance that will support ongoing

progress for Employee Development.

Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.

Exposure working with MS Excel, Visualization & Report Generation Tools, etc.
