Job Description: MIS Executive & Telecalling
Position Overview: The MIS Executive & Telecalling role combines data management responsibilities with customer interaction duties. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the companys MIS reports while handling customer inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MIS reports for various departments.
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data in the system.
Generate data-driven insights and provide regular reports to management.
Support the implementation and maintenance of new software tools and systems.
Telecalling Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
Engage in telemarketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses.
Data Management:
Monitor and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Analyze data to track performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate product information, special offers, and promotions to customers.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to supervisors.
Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and data analysis.
