Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data across various departments within the organization.

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data through regular audits and validations.

System Development and Maintenance:

- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems tailored to the organization's needs.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new software and upgrade existing systems.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business operations and performance.

Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting efficiency.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in MIS.

Support and Training:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Experience with data visualization tools (., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and frameworks.

- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
