Job Description

- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to sales, inventory, purchases, production, and other pharma operations.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management covering key operational metrics.

- Generate dashboards and summary reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or custom pharma ERPs) for data extraction and reporting.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and system updates.

- Monitor pharmaceutical product movement including stock availability, batch tracking, and expiry data.

- Prepare reports on region-wise or product-wise sales performance and stock levels.

- Ensure data reporting is compliant with regulatory standards applicable in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Excel Macros, Power Query, or reporting tools.

- Liaise with departments like Sales, Purchase, Production, Finance, and Quality Control for regular data updates.

- Handle sensitive company data with confidentiality and integrity.
