- Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of data related to vehicle sales, inventory, maintenance, customer interactions, and financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.

- Prepare and generate regular management reports, dashboards, and data analysis on sales performance, inventory levels, service history, and customer satisfaction, providing insights for decision-making.

- Oversee the management of the companys databases, ensuring that vehicle-related data (such as sales records, maintenance logs, customer information) is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

- Work with various departments (sales, finance, service, etc.) to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms, optimizing the efficiency of MIS operations.

- Provide analytical support to senior management by preparing custom reports and performing data analysis to help with decision-making regarding inventory management, sales forecasting, and business growth strategies.

- Track and monitor vehicle inventory, including new cars, used cars, and spare parts, ensuring that accurate stock levels are reflected in the system and reported regularly.

- Track the sales performance of vehicles, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

- Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behavior, demographics, and preferences, providing insights to enhance customer targeting, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.

- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and warranties, ensuring that data is easily accessible for customers and service teams, and ensuring proper scheduling and follow-ups.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle sales, after-sales service, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the companys objectives are being met.
