- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to sales, inventory, and customer behavior to support business decisions.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data audits.

- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, stock levels, and customer trends.

- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgeting by analyzing historical data and market trends.

- Manage and maintain MIS systems used for reporting and data analysis.

- Ensure smooth operation of reporting tools, databases, and software solutions in use by the company.

- Perform data analysis to support decision-making across departments, including sales, marketing, and inventory management.

- Work closely with different departments (., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover rates, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, and regulations related to data handling and reporting.

- Provide training and support to staff and other stakeholders on MIS tools and data reporting processes.
