This multifaceted role encompasses responsibilities in finance, Tally accounting software, customer care, team management, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain accurate financial records using Tally.

Generate financial statements and reports.

Reconcile bank statements and manage payroll.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain positive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Supervise and manage a team of employees.

Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop job descriptions and specifications.

Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
