Qualification:-Business Administration

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on organization and efficiency.

3. Strong analytical skills and experience with MIS development and management.

4. Proficiency in using MIS tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Administrative Duties:*

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

- Manage office documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

2. *Management Information System (MIS):*

- Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient MIS to support decision-making processes.

- Collect, analyze, and present data to support strategic planning and business operations.

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
