About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Recruitment MIS & Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining key recruitment metrics, analyzing recruitment data, and managing relationships with external recruitment vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.

Role & responsibilities :

Recruitment Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and maintain key recruitment dashboards and reports, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and candidate quality metrics.

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and areas of success.

Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment performance and key metrics.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, including staffing agencies, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and job boards.

Negotiate vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.
