• To manage process performance data for all processes/functions performed in RPO India.
• Using excellent planning and organizational skills to drive MIS activities
• MIS Request Tracking and Issue Tracking
• Associate Productivity, SLA/TAT, Quality and Adherence Monitoring.
• Support all processes in their reporting needs and providing the operations team data for RPO India and US Teams.
• Capacity Planning and Headcount / Leave Management.
• Drive Automation of Production Reports, Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Responsible for maintaining Business Continuity process & Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP & DRP) for RPO MIS
• Governing Corporate Policies and Compliances.
Eligible Criteria:
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience.
• Good to have- 1-2 years of People Management experience
• Excellent Presentation both Oral and Written Skills are required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Analytical and Strategic skills
• Willingness to work in different shifts (US Time Zone)
• Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques to improve the process and performance
• Any Graduation
