1. Sales Forecast Consolidation and Inventory Allocation
o Colleting SKU level by Region and CBT wise sales forecast data into one excel file and analyze the variance between the forecast qty vs Demand and total inventory available in the system and share this update to sales team to reduce or increased the Sales forecast units. post there revert on SKU level we upload final SF qty by region in the system.
o Allocation of Total Inventory (Opening + Avails) based on the region wise sales forecast submitted by regions and CBT.
2. Maintain Stock and Sales Data from Distributors and Key Accounts for generating various sales reports on customers reported values.
o Key accounts door wise POS reports on Customer reported values.
o All India Trade Coverage report.
o Reporting Weekly/Daily/Monthly (Adhoc and Standard reports)
SKU level Shipping and POS comparison by customers, Regions and category level (Standard Report)
Top 50 SKU's YTD and LYTD performance in each CBT (Adhoc Report)
YTD POS trend analysis in each channel along with graphical mode share the insights with Marketing and sales team along with management. (Standard Report)
Quarterly and Annually incentive calculation on each parameter (Shipping, POS and Business Priority) and share with HR for payout. (Standard Report)
Revised Inventory allocation based on weekly Avails report shared by Ops team. (Adhoc Report)
Based on the promotional activity run by Marketing team and Avails and future inward revised the sales forecast plan by SKU by Region. (Adhoc report)
Update Performance tracker by category in each channel for Marketing Team (Standard Report)
Update and share the sales targets vs. Achievement report on Shipping and POS parameters with management and sales team.
