Job Responsibilities:

Operate milling machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing metal work pieces according to precise engineering drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on the milling machines to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.

Interpret and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to set up the milling machines and select the appropriate tools and materials for each project.

Collaborate closely with the production team to understand project requirements, timelines, and specific tasks, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the manufacturing process.

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel and equipment in the manufacturing facility.

Monitor the milling process to ensure the accurate dimensions, surface quality, and overall integrity of the fabricated components, making necessary adjustments as required.

Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely repairs and minimizing potential production delays or hazards.
