Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welder to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding metal components, a strong understanding of welding techniques, and the ability to produce high-quality welds for various projects.

Responsibilities:

Welding Operations: Perform MIG welding on metal components and structures according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.

Material Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and grinding, ensuring proper fitment and alignment for welding.

Quality Welding: Ensure the quality and integrity of welds, paying close attention to accuracy, penetration, and strength.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating welding machinery and working with hazardous materials.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and colleagues to understand project requirements and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Skills: Proficiency in MIG welding techniques, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of welding equipment.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of different metals, their properties, and appropriate welding techniques for various metal thicknesses and types.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to produce high-quality welds and meet project specifications.

Adaptability: Capacity to work on diverse projects, adapting to different welding requirements and materials.

Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices in a workshop or construction environment.
