• The candidate should be overseeing regulatory compliances and related documentations according to FSSAI standards.
• He or she should be responsible in handling quality certifications & compliances, audits & trainings.
• He or she should be responsible for sample management , checking, recording and quality check of finished products.
• He or she should be able to generate chemical and physical reports of RM, PM, FG and should maintain records regarding the same.
• He or she should be able to maintain pouch bursting records.
• He or she should be responsible in ensuring that all raw materials are accepted as per specifications.
• He or she should be responsible for maintaining records of daily hygiene checklists of laboratory and the manufacturing unit.
• The candidate shall be stationed at Khordha (Odisha) at our manufacturing unit.
Required Qualification: Graduation or Post- Graduation in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Food Technology and Nutrition.
Required Experience: 1- 5 years.
Annual : Negotiable.
