Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate customer demos, competitive head to head activities at customer facilities and long term adoption support.

Must have strong problem solving skills with the ability to learn independently to find solutions to potential customer’s problems.

CMM Inspection Methodology & Process.

Aware of the commercial activities surrounding the customer requirements

Assist Manager with quoting as necessary.

Deliver inspection reports per the job request

Installation & commissioning of Coordinate Measuring Machine, VMM & Height Master.

Calibration of equipment.

Minor repairs, adjustments & restoration of equipment.

Service Bills recovery

Support to Sales Team for Application Demonstration/ proving

Achievement of customer satisfaction

Key Skills
