We are a well reputed metal handicraft business based in Pondicherry that specializes in creating high-quality metal deity lamps(Kamatchi Amman). We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, producing beautifully crafted pieces with deep cultural and artistic significance.

Key Responsibilities:

Polish and finish metal parts to achieve smooth and shiny surfaces for our products.

Inspect and measure the finished pieces to ensure high-quality standards.

Apply various polishing techniques to remove imperfections and enhance the visual appeal of the products.

Work with the design team to meet specific finish requirements and consistency.

Maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper operation and safety.

Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work closely with other craftsmen to ensure timely production and quality consistency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Polisher or Metal Finisher, ideally in a similar industry (handicrafts, metalworking, etc.).

Familiarity with polishing machines, tools, and abrasives.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.

Knowledge of various polishing techniques and finishing materials.

Ability to handle delicate workpieces without compromising integrity.

Physical stamina and dexterity for performing detailed work for extended periods.

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications: (preferred but not mandatory)

Certification or training in metal finishing or related areas.

Experience in polishing and finishing decorative or artistic metal products.
