We are seeking a talented React JS Developer with a strong grasp of UI/UX Development principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React JS and NEXT JS, building pixel-perfect UIs, and enhancing user experiences across various browsers. Certifications in ReactJS/NEXTJS are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user interfaces that improve overall user experience, adhering to UI/UX design principles.

Build mobile-first interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and unit test functionalities based on design specifications.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, review designs and code for compliance, and utilize reusable code components.

Identify and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues to deliver a seamless user experience.

Communicate effectively, escalate risks, and contribute actively to the team's success.

Experience in the banking, credit card, personal loans, or financial services domain is preferred.
