Managing the Merchandising & marketing activities in following aspects:
Operation��s:
Business development & follow up meetings with existing and new customers.
Attending and executing order enquiry��s, developments, sampling, costing, business booking.
Monitoring & Co-ordinating the development, sampling, production, logistics, payments receipts processes with respective teams.
Ensuring compliance, SOP as per the requirement of business and specific buyer.
Team building and maintenance as required for the merchandising operation in lean budget.
Controlling the discipline of the team members and ensuring maximum efficiency out of each person
Designing/ensuring organised information systems, dockets & samples for smooth execution of activities of business.
Making power point presentations for pitching an idea or business meeting.
Attending/participating in necessary trade fairs domestic/international.
Keeping market intelligence for business & product development.
MIS:
1. Order wise P&L reporting at all levels. (Enquiry, business booking and execution level).
2. Business booking status as per factories/plants & individual line capacity. (Monthly/Quarterly/bi-Yearly & Yearly).
3. Reporting the enquiry, development & order status.
4. Presentation, Development planning and execution reports.
5. Team performance report. (Monthly/Quarterly/bi-Yearly & Yearly).
