Urgently Looking for Sport shoe Merchandiser

Job Location - Panchkula.

Experience - 3-5 years

Job Description:

Candidate should have knowledge of footwear designing, taking out average of components, getting the costing done, making Bill of Materials, etc.

Candidate must be good in dealing with customers and writing e-mails and other correspondences.

Securing samples and communicating between the export house and suppliers.

Developing merchandise specifications for export house orders.

Developing samples

Coordinating at every stage of the manufacturing and production processes

Ensuring that the products comply with the quality control and export specification standards

Product Development

Sending pps and pattern grading program to sampling

Proto sample not passed for measurement to be remade and program to be given to sampling

Pattern grading program acc. To sampling requirement to be given to sampling unit.

Costing & Risk Assessment

Ensure Once the sample is developed all input for Costing is arranged and well documented ( Cad average , OB sheet - SAM, Fabric /Trims cost & Value addition )

Once the sample is ready get it evaluated & get checked / confirmed with Sr Merchandiser before presenting in design meeting

Risk assessment and call outs are closed with Senior merchant before proceeding for development

Orders Management and Conducting OFM

Once the order is booked -making fabric BOM and trim Bom.
