Responsible for Merchandising including sampling, fit & production approvals.

 Garment costing & corresponding with buyer and buying agency from inquiry up to shipment.

 Co-ordinate with buyers & buying houses for approval of fabric, strike off, bit looms, lab dips, trims

and lab testing.

 New design developments as per buyer's product package/specification.

 Follow up on various approval required for sampling and production.

 Executing sampling from proto/photo shoot/salesman/PP and shipment samples etc.

 Development for ladies wear, fabric sourcing, accessories sourcing, embroidery development,

printing development, wash development and fabric testing.

 Handling development sample from initial stage till final stage, following with buyer till order

confirmation.

 Getting SMV for all developments, quoting FOB Price to buyers, making costing for all

developments and confirm orders.

 Making T&A for confirmed orders & working with TOP system for all confirmed orders.

 Sourcing fabric & Accessories with supplier and proceeding all the bookings once finalized.

 Once bookings are done, following up will all the suppliers for sample yardage and accessory

samples for sample stage.

 Following up all the samples (Fit, PP, Testing & sealer) with sample room & with buyers until final

approval.

 Coordinating with buyer for all the technical issues & following up till it’s finalize.

 Proceeding all fabric/Garment testing with BV/SGS & coordinating with them until reports
