Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Complete follow-up and shipment of all client orders
• Consideration of all customer specific requirements . sampling, testing, etc.
• Issuing sales confirmation and purchase contract
• Communication regarding order execution with customer as well as vendor
• Conducting inspections as per order maintenance file
• shipment schedule control
• export documentation control
• AS400 system maintenance on daily basis
• Maintenance of open order maintenance file on daily basis
• weekly updating to sales management about order status
• Active order generation and order placement with existing customers
• Active order generation and order placement with new customers
• Provide all Sales & Purchases invoices to Finance Dept on time.
• Ensure order execution on time and in the right quality
• Develop new assortments based on the requirement from the customer side
• Build close customer relationships
• Negotiate prices
• Close Communicate with outside vendor and sources.
Requirement and Skills Required:
• Candidate must be from our industry, Either competitor or similar
• Candidate needs to add value immorality to the company.
• Proven working experience in merchandising.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.
• BS degree in Marketing or related field.
