Key Areas of Responsibility:
Complete follow-up and shipment of all client orders
Consideration of all customer specific requirements . sampling, testing, etc.
Issuing sales confirmation and purchase contract
Communication regarding order execution with customer as well as vendor
Conducting inspections as per order maintenance file
shipment schedule control
export documentation control
AS400 system maintenance on daily basis
Maintenance of open order maintenance file on daily basis
weekly updating to sales management about order status
Active order generation and order placement with existing customers
Active order generation and order placement with new customers
Provide all Sales & Purchases invoices to Finance Dept on time.
Ensure order execution on time and in the right quality
Develop new assortments based on the requirement from the customer side
Build close customer relationships
Negotiate prices
Close Communicate with outside vendor and sources.
Requirement and Skills Required:
Candidate must be from our industry, Either competitor or similar
Candidate needs to add value immorality to the company.
Proven working experience in merchandising.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
Commercial acumen and the ability to decode customers.
BS degree in Marketing or related field.
