MEP ENGINEER:

QUALIFICATION

• in electrical.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Should have 1-2 Years of Experience

SKILLS:

• Should have experience in designing and drafting (HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) .

• Should have relevant experience in Construction field.

• Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Knowledge in Revit will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in using Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint ).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and drafting of MEP Services.

• Preparation of bill of quantities.

• Working as part of the project team, reporting to the Project Director, MEP Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the project relating to Mechanical and electrical building services including HVAC, electrical, Water supply, Drainage, Fire fighting etc.

• Continually review the contractors construction schedule during the progress of the site works regarding MEP services and report to the Project Director on the same.

• Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team and track the project status..

• Attend project, site progress, and technical meetings directed by the project manager.

• Should be familiar with the latest technologies and products in MEP services.

• Should be able to review the drawings, ability to detect and rectify the mistakes.

• Capable of handlings hospital projects, IT parks and other large-scale projects.

• Familiarity with different standards related to designing.

• Training of candidates as and when required.

• Documentation and maintenance of records, client coordination.

LOCATION:

• Palarivattom, Ernakulum.

TIMINGS:

• to (Monday to Saturday)

SALARY:

• 7k to 12k.
