- coordination with all the stakeholders involved in the project for timely completion of activities.

- knowledge in execution of electrical, firefighting, plumbing, etc activities as per drawings.

- Study the drawing and MEP BOQ preparation along with rate analysis and budget preparation.

- review the drawings and Suggest inputs/changes on drawings received from consultant.

- Must have residential and Commercial projects experience.

- Collective ownership, positive attitude and communication skill.
