Job Purpose:- Serve as a resource about scientific and medical issues. He/she provides a bridge between clinical research and the marketing and sales department as well as the remaining departments within the organization.
Brief responsibilities:-
-Actively contribute to the organization by taking responsibility for scientific, technical, and ethical soundness of all policies, statements and endeavors.
-To Support the organization medically in all activities related to portfolio and provide high quality and timely service to internal and external stake holders.
-KOL management: Participate and conduct customized promotional and educational interaction with health care professionals- CME programs, symposia, conference meetings.
-Provide strategic inputs and support towards creation of marketing plans and towards preparation & execution of medical-marketing programs. Identification of gaps in product promotion & develop strategy to fill the gaps.
-Medical information: Provide the technical expertise to product management team towards ethical promotion of assigned products . solve the queries regarding products, provide guideline updates, and address the historical concerns of products.
-Review of promotional material: Initiate and/or review and approve promotional, training and CME material in compliance with relevant SOPs and industry codes.
-Training: Provide timely accurate and balanced information to internal customer’s . sales staff, training department, PMT.
-Create database of scientific information – compile all product specific information.
