Medical Scribe

role description

this is a full-time on-site role for a medical scribe at medidigest system located in thane. the medical scribe will be responsible for accurately recording all medical procedures and interactions in real-time for physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. the medical scribe will also perform administrative duties such as managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and communicating with medical staff as needed.

qualifications

- strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

- excellent typing and data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

- strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and medical staff

- ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records

- bachelor's degree or higher in health sciences, life sciences, or related field is preferred

- prior experience as a medical scribe is preferred but not required
