Job Description

Job Responsibilities include:

• Meeting Doctors to promote the company's range of products in the territory and generate secondary sales

• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

• Achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/annually.

• Conversion of Doctor & retain and upgrade important DRs list regularly.

• To ensure availability of products at retail level.

• To meet on Daily basis - Doctors and retailers.

• To follow administrative system of organization.

• Should Provide market information (competition, potential and market data)

• Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company's products through POB are easily available for patients

• Develop strategies to build the customer base and improve sales numbers

Required Candidate Profile:

• Should be Confident, Vibrant, Self Motivated, and Enthusiastic & Career Oriented.

• Should be a go-getter and able to make unique sales strategies.

• Pharma sales experience In Segments like General , Ortho, Gyanec & Pediatric

• Good communication in English and presentation skills

• Must be tech-savvy

• Willing to work in a start-up
