We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration or a related field, with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry of DELHI-NCR region.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within the medical community.
The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Sales Conversion : Identify and pursue sales leads within the pharmaceutical sector, including healthcare providers / doctors, hospitals, clinics, and lop and execute sales strategies to effectively convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
2. Network Building : Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and influence within the market.
3. Team Management : Lead and motivate a team of field sales professionals to achieve sales targets and ide coaching, training, and ongoing support to enhance the skills and performance of team members. Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Market Analysis : Gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and positioning in the market. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market dynamics, sales performance, and competitor activities.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (Sales), Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of proven experience in medical sales / BD roles, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
