Territory Manager
Objectives of this Role:
Drive and achieve annual sales targets, ensuring consistent year-over-year growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique demographics and needs of the assigned territory.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, doctors, medical professionals, and potential clients.
Effectively communicate and represent the companys vision and mission through pharmaceutical sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and advancements in the medical sales field.
Leverage specialized knowledge in Oncology, Urology, and Nephrology to enhance sales effectiveness and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings and presentations.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and industry trends.
Meet sales quotas, evaluate sales performance, and prepare detailed sales reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Pharmaceuticals or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and independently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Proven ability to network and build productive relationships.
Experience Required:
