(rough estimate: 30-40k per month inclusive of base salary + HRA +DA)

Employment type: Full time (Monday-Saturday)

We are looking for an experienced medical representative in the south zone, New Delhi, India who has worked with prestigious hospitals like Max/Apollo/Fortis along with trade clinics in the field of Internal medicine/GPs & Obstetrics/Gynecology preferably.

From the moment the Medical Representative joins Caslimed Healthcare, we will support them in their personal and professional development so that they grow with the company and build a long standing relationship with its stakeholders.

Job profile for the MR role would be:

1. To seek appointments with Hospital-based healthcare and private practicing doctors and meet with them to promote the companys products.

2. Meet a specified number of Doctor and Chemist per day as per company policy, followed by regular follow-ups.

3. Plan work schedules and weekly & monthly programs. Make sure to update the same to your superior / Head Office staff on a regular basis.

4. Do Chemist survey to ensure the availability of products and market survey to understand the potentiality of existing & New product segment.

5. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with chemist/stockist and doctors.

6. Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.

7. Travelling in and around Delhi-NCR region, thus means of transportation is a must.

8. Negotiate % rates with leading stockists and ensure on-time payment collection and sales and stock data from a stockist.

9. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.

10. Staying informed about the new hospital, polyclinic or doctor in the territory.
