Position: As “Management Trainee –Sales & Marketing Department” for preliminary Three

Months

On successful completion of the training period they will be absorbed as “Assistant Manager –Sales

& Marketing” under probation for Three months. All positions are liable for confirmation as

“Assistant Manager” on successful completion of the probation period

Annual CTC –

1. Lakhs per annum as “Management Trainee –Sales & Marketing Department”

2. 3 Lakhs per annum under probations for three months as “Assistant Manager –Sales &

Marketing”

3. Performance Incentives – on confirmation

Location: Kolkata

Scope of work -

• The Management Trainee will be responsible for business generation from customersdoctors, hospitals, Franchise, appointing Consultant/ HUB’s/ Centres within the specified territory

and to outsmart competition through market penetration and ensuring growth of existing infra and

compliance and intradepartmental coordination for smooth running of territory.

Here is what you will do -

• Achieve the revenue target

• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of territory and monitoring SCF (Sales

correction form) and taking care of collection and payment outstanding

• Meeting with Doctors and generating prescriptions within the specified territory

• Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and providing new leads

by detailing our USP.

• Develop new collection centres and manage existing collection centres and other infra.

• Standardization of franchisee model starting with layout of infra, services, branding,

marketing
